【摘要】：正新預(yù)算法要求進(jìn)一步加快我國預(yù)算公開制度的建設(shè)進(jìn)程,而圖解是進(jìn)行預(yù)算公開的有效形式之一。為配合做好全省兩會(huì)財(cái)政宣傳工作,河南省從2013年開始連續(xù)三年組織編寫《數(shù)說圖解預(yù)算報(bào)告》(見封一、封二、封三),收到了良好反響。一、河南圖解預(yù)算報(bào)告的做法及效果為進(jìn)一步提高預(yù)算公開資料的趣味性、生動(dòng)性、可讀性,提升財(cái)政宣傳的輻射面和影響力,河南省財(cái)政廳于2013年在全國率先嘗試通過圖表形式對(duì)兩會(huì)財(cái)政參閱材料
[Abstract]:The new Budget Law calls for further speeding up the construction of the budget disclosure system in China, and illustration is one of the effective forms of budget disclosure. In order to coordinate with the financial propaganda work of the two sessions of Henan Province, Henan Province has been organizing the compilation of the Budget report of illustrative figures for three consecutive years since 2013 (see Feng I, Feng II, Feng three), which has received a good response. First, the practice and effect of Henan graphic budget report are to further improve the interest, vividness, readability of the budget public information, and enhance the radiation and influence of financial propaganda. In 2013, Henan Provincial Finance Department took the lead in trying to refer to the financial materials of the two sessions in the form of charts and charts in the whole country.
