【摘要】：本文基于DEA模型,運(yùn)用2002~2013年的時(shí)序數(shù)據(jù),選取財(cái)政支農(nóng)、金融支農(nóng)、財(cái)政與金融協(xié)同支農(nóng)三組指標(biāo)構(gòu)建財(cái)政金融協(xié)同支農(nóng)指標(biāo)體系,研究財(cái)政金融協(xié)同支農(nóng)的有效性。研究結(jié)果表明:三組指標(biāo)對(duì)農(nóng)村的支持均是無效的;財(cái)政支農(nóng)效率相對(duì)較高,金融支農(nóng)效率次之,財(cái)政與金融協(xié)同支農(nóng)效率最低且下降幅度很大。根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果,筆者結(jié)合我國(guó)農(nóng)村實(shí)際情況,提出了財(cái)政金融協(xié)同支農(nóng)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the DEA model and using the time series data from 2002 to 2013, this paper selects three groups of indexes: finance supporting agriculture, finance and financial cooperation supporting agriculture to construct the index system of fiscal and financial cooperative agriculture support, and studies the effectiveness of fiscal and financial cooperative agriculture support. The results show that: the support of the three groups of indicators to the rural areas is ineffective, the efficiency of financial support for agriculture is relatively high, the efficiency of financial support for agriculture is the second, and the efficiency of fiscal and financial cooperation in supporting agriculture is the lowest and the decline is very large. According to the empirical results, the author puts forward some suggestions on the cooperation of finance and finance in support of agriculture.
