【摘要】：助推(Nudge)理論2008年問(wèn)世后,很快得到世界各國(guó)的廣泛關(guān)注和認(rèn)可,各國(guó)政府積極嘗試引入助推理念推進(jìn)公共政策和公共服務(wù)的優(yōu)化。通過(guò)對(duì)助推理論及其在公共管理領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用情況的探討,提煉助推理論在公共部門應(yīng)用的依據(jù)及其方式,并據(jù)此分析以助推理論推進(jìn)政府購(gòu)買公共服務(wù)政策創(chuàng)新的可能途徑。
[Abstract]:After the theory of booster (Nudge) came out in 2008, it has been widely paid attention to and recognized by many countries all over the world. The governments of all countries actively try to introduce the concept of booster to promote the optimization of public policies and public services. Based on the discussion of the booster theory and its application in the field of public administration, the basis and method of the application of the booster theory in the public sector are refined, and the possible ways to promote the innovation of government purchasing public service policy with the booster theory are analyzed.
