【摘要】：信號(hào)功能理論強(qiáng)調(diào),研發(fā)資助能夠向市場(chǎng)投資人傳遞企業(yè)的積極信號(hào),從而幫助緩解融資約束。然而截至目前,實(shí)證研究的結(jié)論尚不一致,部分學(xué)者認(rèn)為,政府與市場(chǎng)投資邏輯的天然差異使得資助信號(hào)難以引起投資人的重視。本文以863計(jì)劃為例,基于我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)情境實(shí)證考察了政府研發(fā)資助對(duì)企業(yè)外部融資的影響。在運(yùn)用雙重差分傾向得分匹配控制內(nèi)生性后,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1.政府的研發(fā)資助能夠顯著促進(jìn)企業(yè)的外部融資;2.越是受融資約束影響的企業(yè),研發(fā)資助的效果就越顯著。
[Abstract]:Signal function theory emphasizes that R & D funding can send positive signals to market investors and thus help ease financing constraints. However, up to now, the conclusions of empirical research are not consistent. Some scholars believe that the natural difference between government and market investment logic makes it difficult for investors to pay attention to the support signal. Taking the 863 Project as an example, this paper empirically examines the impact of government R & D funding on external financing of enterprises based on the actual situation in China. After using double differential tendency score matching to control endogenesis, the study found that 1: 1. Government R & D funding can significantly promote external financing of enterprises. The more affected by financing constraints, the more significant the effect of R & D funding.
