【摘要】：為促進(jìn)中小微企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),浙江采取多項(xiàng)有效措施推廣應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新券,但各地的推廣應(yīng)用情況存在一些差異,主要體現(xiàn)在應(yīng)用數(shù)量、服務(wù)載體和服務(wù)種類三方面,造成差異的原因主要是在創(chuàng)新服務(wù)載體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、支持范圍及力度、使用流程規(guī)范和宣傳推廣等方面各地的不統(tǒng)一,最后提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the innovation activities of small and medium-sized enterprises, Zhejiang has taken several effective measures to promote the application of innovation vouchers. However, there are some differences in the promotion and application of innovation vouchers in various places, mainly in the following three aspects: number of applications, service carriers and types of services. The main reasons for the difference are the inconsistency in the standards of innovative service carrier, the scope and strength of support, the standardization of the use process and the promotion and promotion, etc. Finally, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
