【摘要】：在中國不完善的教育分流機(jī)制下,每一次升學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)換對子女的最終教育成就至關(guān)重要,直接影響教育的代際流動性。本文使用中國家庭收入調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CHIPS,2013),通過線性固定效應(yīng)與Mare升學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)換模型,分析了財(cái)政教育支出對教育代際流動性的實(shí)際影響,并具體識別基礎(chǔ)教育財(cái)政支出影響教育代際流動性的關(guān)鍵結(jié)點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明,基礎(chǔ)教育財(cái)政支出可以顯著降低父代教育傳遞、家庭城鄉(xiāng)背景對子女升學(xué)的影響,促進(jìn)教育代際流動性。其中,初中升高中階段是財(cái)政支出對教育代際流動性促進(jìn)作用發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵階段。因此,政府應(yīng)當(dāng)重視公共支出在基礎(chǔ)教育階段,尤其是高中階段的投入,并適當(dāng)加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)村地區(qū)的公共基礎(chǔ)教育的扶持力度。
[Abstract]:Under the imperfect educational diversion mechanism in China, every transition is of great importance to the children's final educational achievement, which directly affects the intergenerational mobility of education. Using the data of China Household income Survey (CHIPS2013), this paper analyzes the actual influence of fiscal expenditure on intergenerational mobility of education through linear fixed effect and Mare transition model. It also identifies the key nodes of the basic education financial expenditure that affect the intergenerational mobility of education. The results show that the financial expenditure of basic education can significantly reduce the transmission of parent education and the influence of family background on children's schooling and promote the mobility of education between generations. Among them, junior middle school to senior high school stage is the key stage of financial expenditure to promote educational intergenerational mobility. Therefore, the government should pay attention to the investment of public expenditure in the basic education stage, especially in the senior high school stage, and strengthen the support for the public basic education in the rural areas.
