【摘要】：我國(guó)一直存在明顯的城鄉(xiāng)消費(fèi)二元結(jié)構(gòu),這是阻礙我國(guó)消費(fèi)擴(kuò)大和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要因素。一定程度上增加財(cái)政轉(zhuǎn)移性支出來(lái)支持農(nóng)村消費(fèi),對(duì)于穩(wěn)定農(nóng)村消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)和縮小城鄉(xiāng)消費(fèi)差距具有重要意義。本文檢驗(yàn)了我國(guó)財(cái)政轉(zhuǎn)移性支出對(duì)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)影響的拐點(diǎn)效應(yīng),證實(shí)了拐點(diǎn)是客觀存在的,當(dāng)農(nóng)民獲得的轉(zhuǎn)移性收入突破這一拐點(diǎn),那么轉(zhuǎn)移性支出對(duì)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)的影響作用將減弱。因此我國(guó)在財(cái)政支農(nóng)過(guò)程中要重視將轉(zhuǎn)移性支出控制在有效范圍內(nèi),確保支持農(nóng)村消費(fèi)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:There is an obvious dual structure of urban and rural consumption in China, which is an important factor hindering the expansion of consumption and economic development in China. To a certain extent, increasing fiscal transfer expenditure to support rural consumption is of great significance for stabilizing rural consumption growth and narrowing the gap between urban and rural consumption. This paper examines the inflection point effect of fiscal transfer expenditure on rural consumption, and proves that the inflection point exists objectively, when the transfer income obtained by farmers breaks through this inflection point, So the effect of transfer expenditure on rural consumption will be weakened. Therefore, in the process of supporting agriculture, our country should pay attention to controlling the transfer expenditure within the effective range to ensure the stable growth of rural consumption.
