【摘要】：正2016年全國政府采購規(guī)模繼續(xù)保持快速增長,采購規(guī)模為31089.8億元,剔除一些地方以政府購買服務方式實施的棚戶區(qū)改造和軌道交通等工程建設項目相關支出5358.5億元,全國政府采購同口徑規(guī)模為25731.4億元,較上年增加4660.9億元,增長22.1%,占全國財政支出和GDP的比重分別為11%和3.5%。從政府采購結構來看,貨物類采購規(guī)模占政府采購總規(guī)模比重下降,工程
[Abstract]:In 2016, the national government procurement scale continued to maintain a rapid growth, with a procurement scale of 3.10898 trillion yuan, excluding 535.85 billion yuan related to construction projects such as shantytown reconstruction and rail transit, which were implemented by the government in some places by way of purchasing services. The national government procurement volume was 2.57314 trillion yuan, up 466.09 billion yuan over the previous year, an increase of 22.1 yuan, accounting for 11 percent of national fiscal expenditure and 3.5 percent of GDP. From the point of view of government procurement structure, the proportion of procurement scale of goods to the total scale of government procurement decreased.
