【摘要】：政府采購監(jiān)督制度既是政府采購制度不可或缺的組成部分,又是實(shí)現(xiàn)政府采購法制的重要保障。如何建立、完善高效可靠的政府采購監(jiān)督制度,以順利實(shí)施政府采購制度和實(shí)現(xiàn)政府采購的"公開、公平、公正",成為當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的一個課題。
[Abstract]:Government procurement supervision system is not only an indispensable part of government procurement system, but also an important guarantee to realize the legal system of government procurement. How to establish and perfect the efficient and reliable supervision system of government procurement, so as to carry out the government procurement system smoothly and realize the "openness, fairness and justice" of government procurement, has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved at present.
