【摘要】：財(cái)政作為國(guó)家資源配置的"蓄水池",對(duì)統(tǒng)籌安排創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新資金、扶持中小微企業(yè)軟硬件配套設(shè)施、完善落實(shí)稅收優(yōu)惠政策意義重大。本文科學(xué)分析了山東省創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)財(cái)政促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的分析,提出搭建創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái),最后建議財(cái)政部門(mén)實(shí)行積極財(cái)政支出政策、高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與培育、營(yíng)造寬容的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:As the "reservoir" of national resource allocation, finance is of great significance to arrange the pioneering and innovative funds as a whole, to support the hardware and software supporting facilities of small and medium enterprises, and to perfect and implement the preferential tax policy. This liberal arts science analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship in Shandong Province. Through the analysis of the mechanism of fiscal promotion of entrepreneurial innovation, this paper puts forward the establishment of a public service platform for innovative entrepreneurship and employment, and finally suggests that the financial sector should implement an active fiscal expenditure policy. Scientific research institutions in colleges and universities carry out entrepreneurship education and cultivation to create a tolerant and innovative environment.
