【摘要】：我國(guó)第十二個(gè)五年規(guī)劃面臨結(jié)束,第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃即將開(kāi)啟。在這個(gè)關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)揭開(kāi)了我國(guó)全面深化改革的序幕,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)將進(jìn)入"新常態(tài)"。為了貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)的方針政策,保障經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,正確判斷我國(guó)財(cái)政金融發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),分析"十三五"時(shí)期財(cái)政金融所面臨的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),揭示財(cái)政金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)演化的主要因素,把握財(cái)政金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作用機(jī)理和潛在影響,提出完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制和加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施的建議是非常必要的。
