【摘要】：全美城市聯(lián)盟自1986年起,通過郵件與在線調(diào)查獲得的數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合各城市的年度預(yù)算文件,每年發(fā)布一個(gè)"美國城市財(cái)政狀況調(diào)查報(bào)告"。2014年,全美城市聯(lián)盟基于354個(gè)樣本城市,發(fā)布了第29份報(bào)告。該報(bào)告對(duì)美國城市滿足財(cái)政需求、財(cái)政收支趨勢(shì)、稅收收入、城市預(yù)算影響因素、采取的財(cái)政收支措施、城市年末余額等趨勢(shì)與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并指出雖然美國的城市財(cái)政狀況較前幾年有所改善,但恢復(fù)到2008年前的水平仍需要時(shí)間,未來要根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)繼續(xù)評(píng)估和調(diào)整財(cái)政政策,以促進(jìn)城市財(cái)政健康。
[Abstract]:Since 1986, the United States City Federation, through the data obtained by mail and online survey, combined with the annual budget documents of each city, issued a "US city financial survey report" annually in.2014. The United States City Federation issued twenty-ninth reports based on 354 sample cities. The report provides financial demand to American cities and financial revenue and expenditure. Trend, tax revenue, the influence factors of the city budget, the measures of fiscal revenue and expenditure, the trend and current situation of the city's year-end balance, and point out that although the urban fiscal situation in the United States has improved in the past few years, it will still take time to restore to the level before 2008, and the future should continue to assess and adjust the fiscal policy according to the economic situation. To promote the financial health of the city.
