【摘要】：正大國(guó)財(cái)政的理念,在國(guó)內(nèi)外由來(lái)已久。大國(guó)財(cái)政是大國(guó)和強(qiáng)大財(cái)政的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。大國(guó)不主要是看人口、國(guó)土面積,而是看國(guó)家的綜合國(guó)力、綜合實(shí)力、綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、綜合影響力。大國(guó)財(cái)政是與大國(guó)地位與作用相匹配的,以強(qiáng)大的財(cái)力為基礎(chǔ)的。與中國(guó)的崛起相適應(yīng),我國(guó)財(cái)政發(fā)展到今天已經(jīng)初具大國(guó)財(cái)政的規(guī)模與實(shí)力,或者說(shuō),已經(jīng)初具大國(guó)財(cái)政的特征與功能。
[Abstract]:The idea of finance in a big country has a long history at home and abroad. The big country finance is the organic unification of the big country and the powerful finance. Large countries do not mainly look at the population, land area, but the country's comprehensive national strength, comprehensive competitiveness, comprehensive influence. Big-power finance is matched with power status and role, and is based on powerful financial resources. In line with the rise of China, China's financial development to today has begun to have the size and strength of large countries' finance, or, in other words, the characteristics and functions of large countries' finance.
