【摘要】：正近日,在全國財政工作會議上,財政部部長樓繼偉強(qiáng)調(diào),各級財政部門要切實(shí)準(zhǔn)確把握我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大邏輯,科學(xué)分析新常態(tài)下財政領(lǐng)域的趨勢性變化,正確把握做好財政工作的新要求,發(fā)揮好財政在適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)中的作用。中央已經(jīng)作出經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展面臨"三期疊加"(經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度換擋期、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整陣痛期和前期刺激政策消化期)的判斷,各項(xiàng)改革客觀上也進(jìn)入了克難攻堅(jiān)的"深水區(qū)"。這樣的背景
