【摘要】：正近年來(lái),隨著財(cái)稅體制改革的不斷深化,特別是新預(yù)算法的頒布實(shí)施,財(cái)政管理進(jìn)一步規(guī)范,財(cái)政運(yùn)行透明度進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng),陽(yáng)光財(cái)政建設(shè)有效推進(jìn)。2016年以來(lái),遼寧省財(cái)政廳通過(guò)統(tǒng)一公開(kāi)格式、細(xì)化公開(kāi)內(nèi)容等措施,及時(shí)規(guī)范公開(kāi)了省本級(jí)財(cái)政預(yù)決算信息,并加大督促和指導(dǎo)力度,積極推進(jìn)市縣(區(qū))和部門預(yù)決算信息公開(kāi),廣泛接受社會(huì)各界的監(jiān)督。預(yù)算信息公開(kāi)遼寧省2016年省本級(jí)政府預(yù)算信息于2月5日即省人代會(huì)結(jié)束后第6天
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of the fiscal and taxation system, especially the promulgation and implementation of the new Budget Law, the financial management has been further standardized, the transparency of the financial operation has been further enhanced, and the construction of sunshine finance has been effectively promoted. Since 2016, The Ministry of Finance of Liaoning Province, through measures such as unifying the public format, refining the contents of the public accounts, and so on, has promptly standardized and made public the information on financial budget and final accounts at the provincial level, increased supervision and guidance, and actively promoted the disclosure of information on municipal, county (district) and departmental final accounts. The budget information was made public in Liaoning province on 2016. The budget information of the provincial government at the corresponding level was on February 5th, the 6th day after the end of the provincial people's Congress
