【摘要】：正科技部日前發(fā)布國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃首批重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)指南,標(biāo)志著國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃正式啟動(dòng)實(shí)施,公眾熟知的973計(jì)劃、863計(jì)劃等也被整合納入其中。這些重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)的組織實(shí)施和經(jīng)費(fèi)都要按照2015年科技部、財(cái)政部頒布的《關(guān)于改革過(guò)渡期國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃組織管理有關(guān)問(wèn)題的通知》和《關(guān)于中央財(cái)政科技計(jì)劃管理
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Science and Technology issued the first batch of key special guidelines for the National key R & D Program a few days ago, marking the official launch and implementation of the National key R & D Program. The 93-year program, known to the public, has also been integrated into the program. The organization, implementation and funding of these key projects are in accordance with the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2015. Circular issued by the Ministry of Finance on the Reform of the Organization and Management of key R & D programs of the State in transition and on the Management of the Central Fiscal Science and Technology Plan
