【摘要】：正財(cái)政部近日印發(fā)通知,簡(jiǎn)化優(yōu)化中央預(yù)算單位變更政府采購(gòu)方式和采購(gòu)進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品審批審核程序,提高審批審核工作效率,保障中央預(yù)算單位政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展。根據(jù)通知,此次簡(jiǎn)化優(yōu)化相關(guān)審批審核程序主要包括推行變更政府采購(gòu)方式一攬子申報(bào)和批復(fù),推行采購(gòu)進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品集中論證和統(tǒng)一報(bào)批,提高申報(bào)和審批審核效率3項(xiàng)舉措。在變更采購(gòu)方式審批方面,財(cái)政部進(jìn)一步放寬了申報(bào)周
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Finance has recently issued a circular to simplify and optimize the central budget units' changes in government procurement methods and procedures for examination and approval of imported products, so as to improve the efficiency of the examination and approval work. To ensure the smooth development of government procurement activities by central budget units. According to the circular, the simplified and optimized relevant examination and approval procedures mainly include the implementation of a package declaration and approval of changes in government procurement methods. The Ministry of Finance has further relaxed the reporting week in respect of the approval of changes in procurement methods, the implementation of centralized demonstration and unified reporting of imported products, and the improvement of the efficiency of declaration and approval.
