【摘要】：化解過剩產(chǎn)能給河北社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展帶來了較大沖擊,企業(yè)資產(chǎn)損失巨大,財(cái)政增支壓力沉重,財(cái)政減收損失龐大。隨著化解過剩產(chǎn)能的深入推進(jìn),工作難度越來越大,矛盾日益突出�；馍鲜鲇绊懪c問題,需要中央財(cái)政在政策和資金上給予河北特殊支持。
[Abstract]:The steady development of the society and economy in Hebei Province has been greatly impacted by the solution of excess production capacity. The loss of assets of enterprises is huge, the pressure of fiscal increase and expenditure is heavy, and the loss of fiscal revenue reduction is huge. With the deepening of resolving excess production capacity, it is becoming more and more difficult to work. The contradiction is becoming more and more prominent. To resolve the above problems, the central finance should give Hebei special support in terms of policies and funds.
