【摘要】：正在經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩的背景下,要繼續(xù)發(fā)揮好積極財(cái)政政策對穩(wěn)增長的作用,并著力改善民生、激活消費(fèi)。今后一段較長時(shí)期,有必要進(jìn)一步完善和實(shí)施更加有效的減稅措施,切實(shí)減輕企業(yè)和居民負(fù)擔(dān)。與此同時(shí),也要加大民生支出,完善健全社會(huì)保障機(jī)制,讓老百姓敢于花錢,放心消費(fèi)。近年來,積極的財(cái)政政策發(fā)力調(diào)結(jié)
