【摘要】：正預(yù)算法自1995年施行以來(lái),推動(dòng)了我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的建立和完善,保障了分稅制財(cái)政體制的貫徹執(zhí)行,促進(jìn)了依法理財(cái)觀念的深入。江西省各級(jí)各部門(mén)認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行預(yù)算法,全省財(cái)政管理水平不斷提升,財(cái)政工作逐步走上法治化軌道。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步入新常態(tài),全面改革邁向新階段,依法治國(guó)提出新要求的時(shí)候,全面修訂預(yù)算法,必將為進(jìn)一步深化財(cái)稅改革引領(lǐng)方向,是財(cái)政制度建設(shè)具有里程碑意義的一件大事,標(biāo)志著我國(guó)加快建立全面規(guī)范、公開(kāi)透
