【摘要】：正為規(guī)范政府購買服務(wù)管理,制止地方政府違法違規(guī)舉債融資行為,近日,財政部發(fā)布《關(guān)于堅決制止地方以政府購買服務(wù)名義違法違規(guī)融資的通知》(財預[2017]87號),明確了政府購買服務(wù)的改革方向、實施范圍、預算管理、信息公開等事項。此次發(fā)布的文件與近期財政部會同發(fā)展改革委、司法部、人民銀行、銀監(jiān)會、證監(jiān)會等部門印發(fā)的《關(guān)
