【摘要】：正今年的政府預算報告條理更加清晰明了,收支數(shù)據(jù)與財政政策的結合更為井然有序,充分體現(xiàn)了國家治理體系與治理能力現(xiàn)代化之于政府理財工作的新要求。在匯報2014年中央和地方預算執(zhí)行情況時,以落實全國人大預算決議破題,系統(tǒng)報告了2014年財政收支情況并分析了其影響因素;在報告2015年中央和地方預算草案的過程中,突出了對于新預算法的貫徹落實,首先分析主要
[Abstract]:This year's budget report is clearer and the combination of revenue and expenditure data with fiscal policy is more orderly. It fully reflects the new requirements of the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability to the government's financial management work.
