【摘要】：正 三峽水利樞紐工程(以下簡(jiǎn)稱三峽工程)是一項(xiàng)地位特殊的工程。許多重大決策由中央直接作出或經(jīng)中央批準(zhǔn)。1992年4月,七屆全國(guó)人大五次會(huì)議審議通過(guò)《關(guān)于興建長(zhǎng)江三峽工程的決議》。1993年三峽工程開工,2009年竣工。
[Abstract]:The three Gorges Project (hereinafter referred to as the three Gorges Project) is a special project. Many major decisions were made directly or approved by the Central Committee. In April 1992, the Fifth session of the Seventh National people's Congress deliberated and adopted the Resolution on the Construction of the three Gorges Project on the Yangtze River. The three Gorges Project began in 1993 and was completed in 2009.
