【摘要】：在民營經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展壯大的同時(shí),部分民營企業(yè)卻出現(xiàn)了"短命"現(xiàn)象。本文分析了民營企業(yè)"短命"的主要原因,提出了防范民營企業(yè)"短命"的具體審計(jì)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the development of private economy, the phenomenon of "short life" appears in some private enterprises. This paper analyzes the main reasons of "short-lived" in private enterprises, and puts forward the concrete audit contents to prevent the "short-lived" in private enterprises.
