【摘要】：正隨著我國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,國家和社會不斷增加對高�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施和校舍的改造投資,呈現(xiàn)出投資規(guī)模大、建設(shè)周期長、控制環(huán)節(jié)多的特點(diǎn)。目前大部分高校都設(shè)立內(nèi)部審計(jì)部門,也制定了一系列的審計(jì)制度,但忽視了事前、事中的審計(jì)。筆者結(jié)合實(shí)際,從高校內(nèi)部審計(jì)的角度對高校工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益審計(jì)進(jìn)行初步探討。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education in China, the government and society have been increasing the investment in the reconstruction of university infrastructure and school buildings, showing the characteristics of large scale of investment, long construction period and many control links. At present, most colleges and universities have set up internal audit departments and a series of audit systems, but ignore the audit in advance. Combining with the practice, the author makes a preliminary discussion on the economic benefit audit of university engineering projects from the angle of internal audit in colleges and universities.
