【摘要】：本文具體分析了我國目前財(cái)政科技資金運(yùn)行中存在的問題,提出了要針對(duì)財(cái)政科技資金的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),積極開展對(duì)財(cái)政科技資金預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況和課題資金管理使用情況的審計(jì)監(jiān)督,促進(jìn)財(cái)政科技資金發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的使用效益。
[Abstract]:This paper concretely analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the financial science and technology funds in our country, and puts forward some suggestions for the operation characteristics of the financial science and technology funds. We will actively carry out the audit and supervision of the budget implementation of the financial science and technology funds and the management and use of the subject funds, and promote the use of the financial science and technology funds to the extent that they should be used.
