【摘要】：正 最近,我們開展了農(nóng)村環(huán)境整治工程專項資金審計和審計調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)各地把農(nóng)村環(huán)境整治工程作為建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的重要內(nèi)容,農(nóng)村環(huán)境面貌發(fā)生了比較明顯的改觀。但一些農(nóng)村仍存在生活污水直接排入河塘,生活垃圾隨便亂丟、亂堆、亂放,農(nóng)村廁所衛(wèi)生狀況較差,農(nóng)村污染物、污染源處理難度較大等問題。究其原因主要有:
[Abstract]:Recently, we have carried out a special fund audit and audit investigation for rural environmental improvement projects, and found that rural environmental improvement projects have been regarded as an important part of building new socialist countryside in various places, and the rural environment has changed obviously. However, there are still some problems in some rural areas, such as the direct discharge of domestic sewage into river ponds, the random littering and dumping of domestic garbage, the poor sanitary condition of latrines in rural areas, the pollutants in rural areas, the difficulty in handling pollution sources, and so on. The main reasons are:
