【摘要】：正 當(dāng)前有四個(gè)方面的問題需要審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)給予高度關(guān)注。(一)貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀。這是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期各級黨委、政府工作的核心內(nèi)容,也是"十一五"規(guī)劃中提出的關(guān)鍵問題。從當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的實(shí)際來看,有以下幾個(gè)問題尤其值得關(guān)注:一是政府負(fù)債問題。二是公共財(cái)政問題。三是轉(zhuǎn)移支付問題。四是"兩保"問題(社保和環(huán)保)。(二)治理商業(yè)賄賂。治理商業(yè)賄賂的幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域
[Abstract]:At present, there are four aspects of the problems need to be highly concerned by the audit institutions. (1) to implement the scientific concept of development. This is the core of the work of party committees and governments at all levels at present and in the coming period, and is also a key issue raised in the 11th Five-Year Plan. From the current reality of economic and social development, there are the following issues of particular concern: first, the government debt problem. Second, the issue of public finance.
