【摘要】： 本文研究我國(guó)上市公司年報(bào)審計(jì)意見(jiàn)的信息含量。首先，回顧了近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)審計(jì)意見(jiàn)研究的文獻(xiàn)和我國(guó)最近頒布的證券監(jiān)管法規(guī)；接著統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了我國(guó)上市公司年報(bào)審計(jì)意見(jiàn)在新的監(jiān)管環(huán)境中出現(xiàn)的分布特征及其原因；最后使用超額收益法和多元回歸分析法研究了股票市場(chǎng)對(duì)審計(jì)意見(jiàn)的反應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果表明，我國(guó)上市公司的年報(bào)審計(jì)意見(jiàn)分布與配股政策、特別處理制度以及年報(bào)披露時(shí)間存在著密切的聯(lián)系；股票市場(chǎng)對(duì)2001年上市公司年報(bào)審計(jì)意見(jiàn)沒(méi)有顯著反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the information content of annual report audit opinion of listed companies in China. Firstly, it reviews the domestic and foreign literatures on audit opinion research and the securities regulatory regulations recently promulgated in China, and then analyzes the distribution characteristics and causes of the audit opinions of listed companies in the new regulatory environment. Finally, the response of stock market to audit opinion is studied by using excess return method and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the distribution of annual report audit opinions of listed companies in China is closely related to the rights issue policy, special treatment system and the disclosure time of annual reports, and the stock market has no significant response to the audit opinions of listed companies in 2001.
