【摘要】： 隨著經濟的發(fā)展和人們環(huán)境意識的加強，ISO14000系列標準在世界許多國家都得到深 入推廣。但是，目前基于ISO14000系列標準的環(huán)境管理體系審計工作大都是靠手工調查并 需要做大量的重復性的文件工作，而且它還遠未和日新月異的計算機技術結合起來。有鑒于 此，，本文在如何應用VISUAL BASIC V6.0程序語言和ACCESS數據庫語言去研制環(huán)境管理 審計系統(tǒng)做了一些探討。 本文所論述的主旨是：環(huán)境管理體系審計，并著重闡述了EMS審計系統(tǒng)的研制。 本論文的結構布局如下所示： 第一部分：EMS審計管理系統(tǒng)的研制背景。這部分包含有：EMS審計系統(tǒng)的背景知識，如 EMS、ISO14000系列標準、EMS審計；計算機背景知識；國內外EMS審計系統(tǒng)的研究現 狀等； 第二部分：EMS審計系統(tǒng)的研制。這部分主要論述了：建立EMS審計系統(tǒng)的原因分析；EMS 審計系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)目標、系統(tǒng)特點、系統(tǒng)功能、系統(tǒng)模塊結構、系統(tǒng)邏輯結構等。在本部份最 后對整個EMS審計系統(tǒng)做了一個展示； 第三部分：關于EMS審計系統(tǒng)的討論。這部分首先談了現有EMS審計系統(tǒng)還存在的問題， 然后分析了EMS審計系統(tǒng)的未來發(fā)展； 第四部分：附件。包含EMS審計文件化電腦程序原文、窗體界面及參考文獻。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the enhancement of people's environmental consciousness, ISO14000 series standards have been obtained in many countries all over the world. Enter promotion. However, at present, the audit work of environmental management system based on ISO14000 series standards mostly rely on manual investigation and A lot of repetitive paperwork is required, and it is far from being combined with ever-changing computer technology. In view of In this paper, how to develop environment management by using VISUAL BASIC V6.0 program language and ACCESS database language is introduced in this paper. The audit system is discussed. The purpose of this paper is to audit the environmental management system, and the development of the EMS audit system is emphasized. The structure and layout of this thesis are as follows: The first part is the background of the research and development of EMS audit management system.
