【摘要】：正 1998年,根據黨中央、國務院關于全面停止長江上游、黃河上中游天然林商品性采伐,全力搞好生態(tài)建設的指示精神,G 省全面停止了國有天然林的采伐,2000年正式啟動天保工程。經過天保工程一期建設,林區(qū)內林木蓄積量明顯增長,林分質量逐年提高,涵養(yǎng)水源能力明顯增強,森林覆蓋率有所提高,森林資源穩(wěn)定增長,生物種類增多,生態(tài)
[Abstract]:In 1998, according to the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the commercial logging of natural forests in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River was completely halted. In order to do a good job in ecological construction, Province G completely stopped the harvesting of state-owned natural forests, and officially launched the Natural Conservation Project in 2000. Through the first phase construction of the Natural Conservation Project, the forest volume in the forest area has increased obviously, the stand quality has been improved year by year, the capacity of water conservation has been obviously enhanced, the forest coverage has been improved, the forest resources have been steadily increased, the species of living things have increased, and the ecology has been improved.
