【摘要】：本文通過對新修訂的《中華人民共和國審計法》和現(xiàn)有的省級《審計監(jiān)督條例》中關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任審計規(guī)定的比較分析,結(jié)合中國審計現(xiàn)實情況,提出國務(wù)院制定《經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任審計條例》應(yīng)明確的一些問題,并提出現(xiàn)階段應(yīng)采取的措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparative analysis of the newly revised Audit Law of the people's Republic of China and the existing Provincial Audit Supervision regulations on the auditing of economic responsibility, this paper combines the reality of auditing in China.This paper puts forward some problems that should be clearly defined by the State Council in formulating the regulations on Economic responsibility auditing, and puts forward some measures to be taken at the present stage.
