【摘要】:人力資源管理審計(jì)是審計(jì)理論和審計(jì)實(shí)踐的最前沿問(wèn)題,也是管理審計(jì)的組成部分,隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展與管理審計(jì)的強(qiáng)化,人力資源管理審計(jì)逐漸成為一個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的管理領(lǐng)域,并且引起了學(xué)者和實(shí)務(wù)界越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。人力資源是生產(chǎn)力的第一要素,人力資源管理在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越大的作用。為了克服當(dāng)前人力資源管理中存在的問(wèn)題,提高人力資源使用效益,研究和開(kāi)展人力資源管理審計(jì),具有重要意義。 本文首先總結(jié)了學(xué)者在人力資源審計(jì)方面的理論研究成果,,然后在吸取前人的理論基礎(chǔ)之上,提出針對(duì)本公司的人力資源審計(jì)理論模型。并在此模型的基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)審計(jì)工作。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)一家高速公路公司(A交通企業(yè))為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其公司戰(zhàn)略、管理審計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出其進(jìn)行人力資源審計(jì)的必要性。然后詳細(xì)介紹了A交通企業(yè)的審計(jì)過(guò)程,其中包括員工敬業(yè)度審計(jì)和人力資源管理系統(tǒng)審計(jì)。整個(gè)過(guò)程貫穿公司戰(zhàn)略特別是人力資源戰(zhàn)略的審計(jì)工作。 人力資源管理審計(jì)是一門(mén)綜合性應(yīng)用學(xué)科,其實(shí)踐運(yùn)作涉及到企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的各個(gè)層面。鑒于本人的學(xué)識(shí),本文研究只是一種框架性和探索性的研究和探索,內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)較粗,對(duì)審計(jì)技能的運(yùn)用研究不深入,作者希望本文的研究能借此推動(dòng)A企業(yè)以至我國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源管理審計(jì)事業(yè)的向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Human resource management audit is the most advanced problem in audit theory and audit practice, and it is also the component of management audit. With the development of society and the strengthening of management audit, human resources management audit has gradually become a relatively independent management field. And it has attracted more and more attention from scholars and practitioners. Human resources are the first factor in productivity. Human resource management is playing a more and more important role in the management of enterprises. In order to overcome the problems existing in the current human resources management and improve the efficiency of human resources use, it is of great significance to study and carry out the audit of human resource management. This paper first summarizes the theoretical research achievements of scholars in human resources audit, and then draws on the previous theoretical basis. This paper puts forward a theoretical model of human resource audit for our company. On the basis of this model, the audit work is carried out. In this paper, a highway company in China is taken as the research object, and its company strategy is discussed. The present situation of management audit is analyzed, and the necessity of human resource audit is put forward. Then, the audit process of A transportation enterprise is introduced in detail. It includes employee engagement audit and human resource management system audit. The whole process runs through the audit of company strategy, especially human resource strategy. Human resource management audit is a comprehensive applied subject, its practical operation involves all levels of enterprise management. In view of my knowledge, the research in this paper is only a kind of frame and exploratory research and exploration, and the content structure is relatively coarse. The research on the application of auditing skills is not deep, the author hopes that the research in this paper can promote the development of human resource management audit in enterprise A and even in modern enterprise group.
