【摘要】：正 在現(xiàn)實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中,企業(yè)作為一個(gè)社會(huì)法人,必然受到社會(huì)各方面的關(guān)注。政府、投資人、債權(quán)人等都渴望從企業(yè)提供的相關(guān)信息中了解企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,關(guān)注各自的權(quán)力和利益能否得到保障。然而,企業(yè)并不希望對(duì)外提供太多的信息,因?yàn)樘峁┬畔⑹紫刃枰度氪罅康娜肆�、物�?其次在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中企業(yè)提供的信息越多、透明度越高,意味著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手知道的情況越多、越容易被對(duì)手抓住短處;再次信
