【摘要】：常言道,"開門七件事,柴米油鹽醬酷茶。"鹽是百姓生活的必需品,國家對食鹽實行專營,也是從體制上加強食鹽監(jiān)管的重要手段。然而,一些鹽業(yè)經(jīng)營單位卻將專營變成了謀取部門利益的"專利",某鹽業(yè)運銷管理站就是一例。1996年至2004年8月,某鹽業(yè)運銷管理站轉(zhuǎn)移隱匿鹽品返利款2079.6萬元。西安市審計局的審計人員發(fā)揮聰明才智,次次交鋒較量,次次斗智斗勇,一波三折,撥開了其中的層層迷霧。
[Abstract]:As the saying goes, "Open the door seven things, Chai rice salt sauce cool tea." Salt is the people's necessities of life, the state monopoly on salt, but also from the system to strengthen the regulation of salt important means.
