【摘要】：正 隨著改革的深入和工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化的推進,我國農(nóng)村的社會結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)方式、組織形式和利益關(guān)系正發(fā)生著深刻變化,特別是農(nóng)村的"錢袋子"鼓起來之后,對農(nóng)村基層干部的誘惑力也大了起來,違紀(jì)違法案件日益增加,掣肘著新農(nóng)村建設(shè),長此以往將威脅農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會文明。順應(yīng)新的形勢發(fā)展,兩辦《關(guān)于加強農(nóng)村基層黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的意
