Exploration of Intercultural Communication Competence of Chi

在全球化的今天,作為“非政府間的大使”,外語(yǔ)導(dǎo)游在提高旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)滿意度和促進(jìn)國(guó)與國(guó)之間的相互理解上扮演著不可或缺的角色,因此,導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力必然是需要提高的最基本的能力。然而,中國(guó)的旅游界與跨文化交際界很少有關(guān)于導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力的學(xué)術(shù)研究,本論文將通過(guò)外賓評(píng)價(jià)的方式來(lái)研究中國(guó)外語(yǔ)導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力;陉悋(guó)明博士的全球化交際能力模型,本文通過(guò)對(duì)正在旅游的208名國(guó)際游客的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查來(lái)探索國(guó)際游客理想中中國(guó)導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力和現(xiàn)實(shí)中中國(guó)導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力狀況。通過(guò)SPSS軟件對(duì)期望組和實(shí)際組兩組游客所填寫(xiě)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,兩組在“文化互動(dòng)”維度上程度最強(qiáng),在“全球視野”與“展現(xiàn)自我”維度上程度居中,在“文化映射”維度上程度最弱;第二,實(shí)際組與理想組之間存在很大的正相關(guān)差異。從兩組間在四個(gè)維度上的平均數(shù)可知,現(xiàn)實(shí)中中國(guó)導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力在“全球視野”,“展現(xiàn)自我”,“映射文化”和“文化互動(dòng)”四個(gè)方面表現(xiàn)的比國(guó)際游客期望的更加突出。
