【摘要】：文章以河南省18個省轄市作為研究的基本單元,從智慧旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、智慧旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、智慧旅游科技創(chuàng)新、智慧旅游環(huán)境支撐和智慧旅游硬件支撐這五個維度構(gòu)建了智慧旅游城市發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價指標(biāo)體系,采用主觀權(quán)重確定的G1法與客觀權(quán)重確定的熵值法分別確定各指標(biāo)的主客觀權(quán)重,根據(jù)綜合權(quán)重的確定方法計算各指標(biāo)的綜合權(quán)重,分別利用每一個城市標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理后的各指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)值乘各指標(biāo)的綜合權(quán)重,通過求和得到每個城市的智慧旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿C合得分。結(jié)果顯示:河南省智慧旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ木C合得分及五個維度得分存在顯著差異。處于潛力強區(qū)的有鄭州、洛陽,處于潛力較強區(qū)的有新鄉(xiāng)、開封、安陽、南陽、焦作,處于潛力較弱區(qū)的有許昌、平頂山、周口、信陽、駐馬店、商丘,處于潛力弱區(qū)的有三門峽、濮陽、漯河、濟源、鶴壁。各省轄市智慧旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢存在較大差異,使得各省轄市今后的工作重點差別較大。
[Abstract]:This paper takes 18 municipalities in Henan Province as the basic units of the study, from the construction of intelligent tourism infrastructure, the development of intelligent tourism economy, and the innovation of intelligent tourism science and technology. The five dimensions of intelligent tourism environment support and intelligent tourism hardware support construct the evaluation index system of the development potential of intelligent tourism city. The subjective and objective weights of each index are determined by the G _ 1 method determined by subjective weight and the entropy method determined by objective weight, and the comprehensive weight of each index is calculated according to the determination method of comprehensive weight. The comprehensive score of intelligent tourism development potential of each city is obtained by summation by using the data value of each index after standardization processing to multiply the comprehensive weight of each index. The results show that there are significant differences in the comprehensive score and the five dimensions of the development potential of intelligent tourism in Henan Province. In the areas with strong potential are Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Xinxiang, Kaifeng, Anyang, Nanyang and Jiaozuo, and Xuchang, Pingdingshan, Zhoukou, Xinyang, Zhumadian and Shangqiu in the areas with weak potential. In the weak potential area are Sanmenxia, Puyang, Luohe, Jiyuan, Hebi. There are great differences in the advantages and disadvantages of the development of intelligent tourism among provinces and municipalities, which makes the key points of work of each municipality vary greatly in the future.
