提升北京市國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展使得國(guó)際旅游蓬勃發(fā)展并將成為旅游業(yè)新的動(dòng)力源泉和發(fā)展方向。作為中國(guó)首都的北京，，其國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力對(duì)北京旅游業(yè)未來的發(fā)展意義重大。在眾多研究國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的文獻(xiàn)中，有很多學(xué)者采用不同的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)單一地區(qū)進(jìn)行分析，也有不少學(xué)者運(yùn)用某一模型或分析方法對(duì)不同地區(qū)間國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，比較主流的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系和理論有瑞士國(guó)際管理發(fā)展學(xué)院（IMD）的區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型和邁克爾波特教授的“鉆石模型”。但是對(duì)于北京而言，一方面目前還沒有比較全面地從國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力角度和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)和分析，更缺乏量化的實(shí)證分析；另一方面，大多數(shù)學(xué)者都是運(yùn)用層次分析法或問卷調(diào)查法將IMD競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系應(yīng)用于某一地區(qū)或國(guó)家，缺乏對(duì)IMD競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的量化實(shí)證研究和應(yīng)用。為了詳細(xì)客觀地從國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩個(gè)角度研究北京市的國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，也為了豐富IMD競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的量化研究，我們運(yùn)用IMD國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型和波特競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型對(duì)北京市的國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了研究。 依據(jù)1991-2013的《北京統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》等統(tǒng)計(jì)資料，根據(jù)兩個(gè)模型的結(jié)構(gòu)體系和核心思想選取了兩個(gè)模型在后續(xù)研究中所需的典型變量，并運(yùn)用SAS9.2對(duì)兩個(gè)模型的典型變量進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，通過Origin pro8.6對(duì)所有變量進(jìn)行圖像分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。之后，重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用兩個(gè)模型分別從國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的角度，通過SAS9.2的CLUSTER過程和REG過程對(duì)北京市國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力展開實(shí)證分析。聚類分析主要分析了北京市國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不同年份間的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平，并對(duì)相似年份進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單歸類和原因分析；多元回歸分析主要包括模型建立、模型檢驗(yàn)、模型修正以及模型分析等工作，并由回歸分析的結(jié)果分別得出兩個(gè)模型中影響北京市的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的因素。 根據(jù)最終的回歸方程和參數(shù)估計(jì)值，分別從國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩個(gè)角度，結(jié)合兩個(gè)模型的理論根源，對(duì)北京市改善和提升國(guó)際旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, international tourism is booming and will become a new power source and development direction of tourism. As the capital of China, Beijing's international tourism competitiveness is of great significance to the future development of Beijing's tourism industry. Among many literatures on international tourism competitiveness, many scholars use different competitiveness evaluation models to analyze a single region. There are also many scholars who use a certain model or analytical method to compare and analyze the competitiveness of international tourism among different regions. The main competitive evaluation systems and theories include (IMD) 's regional competitiveness model and Michael Porter's diamond model. However, for Beijing, on the one hand, there is no comprehensive evaluation and analysis of international tourism competitiveness from the perspective of international competitiveness and tourism industry, and there is a lack of quantitative empirical analysis. On the other hand, most scholars use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) or questionnaire method to apply IMD competitiveness evaluation system to a certain region or country, and lack of quantitative empirical research and application of IMD competitiveness evaluation system. In order to study Beijing's international tourism competitiveness from two angles of international competitiveness and tourism industry competitiveness in detail and objectively, and to enrich the quantitative research of IMD competitiveness evaluation system, We use IMD model and Porter model to study the international tourism competitiveness of Beijing. Based on the statistical data of the Beijing Statistical Yearbook 1991-2013, and according to the structural system and core ideas of the two models, the typical variables needed by the two models in the follow-up study are selected. The typical variables of the two models are analyzed by SAS9.2, and all the variables are analyzed by Origin pro8.6. On the basis of this, the data are processed. Then, two models are used to analyze Beijing's international tourism competitiveness through the CLUSTER process and REG process of SAS9.2, respectively, from the perspective of international competitiveness and tourism industry competitiveness. Cluster analysis mainly analyzes the overall competitiveness level of Beijing in different years of international competitiveness and tourism industry competitiveness, and makes a simple classification and cause analysis of similar years. Multivariate regression analysis mainly includes model building, model checking, model modification and model analysis, etc. According to the results of regression analysis, the factors influencing the level of international competitiveness of Beijing and the level of competitiveness of tourism industry are obtained respectively in the two models. According to the final regression equation and parameter estimation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving and upgrading the level of international tourism competitiveness in Beijing from the perspectives of international competitiveness and tourism industry competitiveness, and combining the theoretical roots of the two models.
