常州市康養(yǎng)旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著人們收入水平的不斷提升,在身體亞健康和人口老齡化問題日益嚴(yán)重的背景下,健康養(yǎng)生的話題受到了全社會(huì)的普遍關(guān)注,現(xiàn)如今康養(yǎng)旅游成為人們重要的休閑生活方式,發(fā)展康養(yǎng)旅游對(duì)提高民眾生活質(zhì)量,提升居民幸福感具有重要意義。康養(yǎng)旅游作為旅游與健康養(yǎng)生融合發(fā)展的新業(yè)態(tài),正呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì),前景廣闊。常州具有豐富的康養(yǎng)資源,如茅山、天目湖、南山竹海、孟河醫(yī)派中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生文化和茅山道教養(yǎng)生文化等,具備發(fā)展康養(yǎng)旅游的優(yōu)勢(shì),潛力巨大。但目前還處于初級(jí)開發(fā)階段,需要梳理康養(yǎng)資源,總結(jié)康養(yǎng)旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展過程中的問題,以便為進(jìn)一步的開發(fā)提供參考。本文以康養(yǎng)旅游為研究對(duì)象,以常州市為研究區(qū)域,以康養(yǎng)旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及其對(duì)策研究為研究問題,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、問卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法,以馬斯洛需求層次理論、道教養(yǎng)生理論、中醫(yī)“治未病”理論和旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)理論為依據(jù),根據(jù)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查的結(jié)果,構(gòu)建常州康養(yǎng)旅游產(chǎn)品體系,具體包括特色醫(yī)療旅游產(chǎn)品、養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老旅游產(chǎn)品、文化養(yǎng)生旅游產(chǎn)品、運(yùn)動(dòng)健體旅游產(chǎn)品、生態(tài)休閑旅游產(chǎn)品和健康美食旅游產(chǎn)品;進(jìn)而提出了常州康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的模式:中醫(yī)藥+旅游模式、文化養(yǎng)生+旅游模式、健康旅游+養(yǎng)老模式、康養(yǎng)旅游十互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式和康養(yǎng)旅游+體育旅游模式等;研究還提供了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議:加強(qiáng)組織協(xié)調(diào)管理,鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新康養(yǎng)新模式;加強(qiáng)復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng),提升產(chǎn)業(yè)融合力度;加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督,發(fā)揮行業(yè)自律,規(guī)范發(fā)展;擴(kuò)大宣傳力度,樹立品牌,構(gòu)建示范基地。本研究從整體區(qū)域的角度,全面梳理常州的康養(yǎng)資源,用數(shù)理結(jié)合的方法,探求了我國康養(yǎng)旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的問題,在一定程度上豐富了我國康養(yǎng)旅游的研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果,也可以為常州市康養(yǎng)旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rising of people's income level, under the background of the problem of sub-health and aging of population, the topic of healthy health has been paid more and more attention by the whole society. Nowadays, healthy tourism has become an important way of leisure life. It is of great significance to develop healthy tourism to improve people's quality of life and enhance residents' happiness. As a new form of integration of tourism and health preservation, healthy tourism is developing vigorously and has a bright future. Changzhou has abundant health resources, such as Maoshan, Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Sea, Menghe Medical School traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture and Maoshan Taoism Health Culture, which has the advantage of developing healthy tourism and has great potential. However, at present, it is still in the primary stage of development, so it is necessary to sort out the resources of health care, summarize the present situation of the development of tourism products, and find out the problems in the process of development, so as to provide reference for further development. This paper takes Kangyang tourism as the research object, Changzhou city as the research area, and Kangyang tourism product development and industry development and its countermeasure research as the research question, synthetically uses the literature analysis, the questionnaire investigation and the statistical analysis method. On the basis of Maslow's hierarchy of demand theory, Taoist theory of health preservation, theory of "treating the disease before illness" and theory of tourism product development, and according to the results of market investigation, the system of Changzhou's healthy tourism products is constructed, including the characteristic medical tourism products. Health care and old-age tourism products, cultural health tourism products, sports health tourism products, ecological leisure tourism products and healthy food tourism products; Then put forward the development model of Changzhou health industry: traditional Chinese medicine tourism mode, cultural health tourism mode, health tourism 10 Internet mode and sports tourism model. The research also provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: strengthening organization coordination and management, encouraging the innovation of healthy and nurturing new mode, strengthening the training of compound talents, enhancing the strength of industry convergence, strengthening market supervision, giving play to the self-discipline of the industry, and standardizing the development; Expand propaganda, establish brand, build demonstration base. From the perspective of the whole region, this study comprehensively combed the health and culture resources of Changzhou, and explored the problems of the development of tourism products and industry in China by the method of combining mathematics and theory. To a certain extent, it enriches the research contents and achievements of healthy tourism in China, and can also provide reference for the development of tourism products and industry in Changzhou.
