【摘要】：研究目的:針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)在旅游用地集約利用評(píng)價(jià)方面研究的不足,定量測(cè)度武漢市風(fēng)景土地利用集約狀態(tài),探討城市風(fēng)景區(qū)土地管控對(duì)策,為風(fēng)景區(qū)土地管理提供決策依據(jù)與參考。研究方法:GIS方法與AHP評(píng)價(jià)方法。研究結(jié)果:武漢市東湖風(fēng)景區(qū)土地集約度為0.4466,處于不集約的狀態(tài)。研究結(jié)論:針對(duì)武漢東湖風(fēng)景區(qū)不集約現(xiàn)象必須從幾個(gè)方面著手,包括劃定城市風(fēng)景區(qū)土地綜合功能區(qū);加快整合與遷并,推行風(fēng)景區(qū)改造規(guī)劃;提高城市景區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)入門檻。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively measure the intensive use of scenic land in Wuhan, and to discuss the countermeasures of land control in urban scenic spots, aiming at the deficiency of the research on intensive utilization of tourism land in China. It provides the decision basis and reference for the land management of scenic spot. Methods: GIS method and AHP evaluation method. The results showed that the land intensity of Donghu Scenic area in Wuhan was 0.4466, which was not intensive. Research conclusion: in view of the phenomenon of non-intensive in Wuhan East Lake Scenic area, we must start from several aspects, including delimiting the comprehensive function area of urban scenic area, speeding up the integration and relocation, and carrying out the reconstruction planning of scenic spot. Raising the entry threshold for construction projects in urban scenic spots.
