【摘要】：選擇能夠反映觀光旅游者心理特征的多樣性偏好變量,引入已有的地方依戀、滿意度和忠誠度關(guān)系模型,通過結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗多樣性偏好對觀光旅游者地方依戀、滿意度與忠誠度關(guān)系的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)觀光旅游者的地方依戀對滿意度、滿意度對忠誠度均具有顯著正向影響;觀光旅游者地方認同對忠誠度具有直接正向影響,而地方依賴對忠誠度的影響沒有得到證實。(2)多樣性偏好對觀光旅游者滿意度與重游意愿及觀光旅游者地方依戀與重游意愿之間起著顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。觀光旅游者的多樣性偏好越強烈,其滿意度與重游意愿之間的關(guān)系越弱,其地方依戀與重游意愿之間的關(guān)系也越弱。
[Abstract]:Select the diversity preference variables which can reflect the psychological characteristics of tourist, introduce the existing relationship model of local attachment, satisfaction and loyalty, and test the attachment of diversity preference to tourist place by structural equation model. The relationship between satisfaction and loyalty. The results showed that: (1) the satisfaction degree of local attachment and satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the loyalty of tourist; Tourist local identity has a direct positive impact on loyalty, However, the influence of local dependence on loyalty has not been confirmed. (2) Diversity preference plays a significant role in regulating tourist satisfaction and revisiting intention and local attachment and revisiting intention. The stronger the diversity preference of tourist, the weaker the relationship between satisfaction and revisiting intention, and the weaker the relationship between local attachment and revisiting intention.
