【摘要】：旅游廁所作為游客游玩中不可缺少的服務(wù)設(shè)施,既是旅游公共服務(wù)水平高低的直接體現(xiàn),也是一個(gè)地區(qū)旅游業(yè)實(shí)力的標(biāo)志。本文以國(guó)家5A級(jí)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)示范園區(qū)西安曲江新區(qū)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)旅游廁所的實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)研和深度訪談,基于游客滿意度,淺析了游客對(duì)曲江新區(qū)旅游廁所的感知評(píng)價(jià),并提出合理性的建議。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable service facility, tourist toilet is not only a direct embodiment of the level of tourism public service, but also a symbol of the strength of a region's tourism industry. Taking Qujiang New District of Xi'an as an example, based on the satisfaction of tourists, this paper analyzes the perception and evaluation of tourist toilets in Qujiang New area, based on tourist satisfaction. And put forward reasonable suggestion.
