張家界市旅游國際化競爭力評價研究

【摘要】:張家界市加快提升旅游國際化競爭力發(fā)展水平,把“國際旅游精品城市”作為發(fā)展目標,有利于提升張家界市旅游業(yè)的國際競爭力,促進張家界市旅游業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展,對張家界城市形象的品牌塑造具有積極意義。本文研究張家界市旅游國際化的問題,,主要圍繞競爭力這一主題進行評價研究,在回顧了旅游國際化相關文獻綜述的基礎上,分析研究城市旅游國際化競爭力的概念界定和相關理論,在此基礎上對張家界市的旅游業(yè)競爭力現(xiàn)狀進行評價分析,并構建旅游國際化競爭力評價指標體系,確定張家界市目前旅游國際化競爭力的發(fā)展水平,最后為張家界市旅游國際化競爭力的提升提供建議策略。 本文采用定量與定性相結合的分析方法構建出張家界市旅游國際化競爭力評價指標體系,選取了55個具有代表性的指標進行具體量化評價,分為三個子系統(tǒng)進行分析研究。以旅游收入、旅游服務、旅游營銷能力評價現(xiàn)有競爭力發(fā)展水平,通過資源潛力、經(jīng)濟開放度、旅游發(fā)展速度、人才儲備指標來評價潛在競爭力情況,并通過分析交通環(huán)境、生態(tài)環(huán)境、政治環(huán)境來評價旅游國際化環(huán)境支持競爭力情況。本文通過構建張家界市旅游競爭力評價指標體系的建立,并對旅游國際化競爭力中的問題,全面有針對性的提出可行性發(fā)展策略,對張家界市旅游國際化競爭力的提升有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Zhangjiajie speed up the development level of tourism international competitiveness, take "international tourism boutique city" as the development goal, help to promote the international competitiveness of Zhangjiajie tourism, and promote the further development of Zhangjiajie tourism. Zhangjiajie city image of the brand shaping has a positive significance. This paper studies the problem of tourism internationalization in Zhangjiajie, mainly focuses on the theme of competitiveness, and reviews the literature review of tourism internationalization. On the basis of analyzing and studying the concept definition and relevant theories of urban tourism internationalization competitiveness, this paper evaluates and analyzes the present situation of Zhangjiajie's tourism competitiveness, and constructs the evaluation index system of tourism internationalization competitiveness. This paper determines the development level of Zhangjiajie's tourism international competitiveness at present, and finally provides suggestions for the promotion of Zhangjiajie's tourism international competitiveness. In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative analysis method is used to construct the evaluation index system of Zhangjiajie tourism internationalization competitiveness. 55 representative indexes are selected for specific quantitative evaluation, which are divided into three subsystems for analysis and research. The present competitive development level is evaluated by tourism revenue, tourism service and tourism marketing ability, and the potential competitiveness is evaluated by means of resource potential, economic openness, tourism development speed, talent reserve index, and traffic environment is analyzed. Ecological environment, political environment to evaluate the tourism international environment to support competitiveness. Through the establishment of the evaluation index system of Zhangjiajie's tourism competitiveness and the problems in the tourism internationalization competitiveness, this paper puts forward the feasible development strategy comprehensively and pertinently. Zhangjiajie tourism international competitiveness of the promotion of a certain significance.
