嫩江縣繁榮村鄉(xiāng)村旅游規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,居民的生活水平不斷提高,工作節(jié)奏日益加快,于是城鎮(zhèn)居民更加向往“回歸自然,返璞歸真”的生活,鄉(xiāng)村旅游正好迎合了旅游者的需求。鄉(xiāng)村旅游是以鄉(xiāng)村為背景,以具有“鄉(xiāng)土性”特征的自然和人文資源為旅游核心賣(mài)點(diǎn)的綜合性旅游活動(dòng)。近年來(lái),國(guó)家的高度重視鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,它是加快新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的有效途徑,不僅可以縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,還可以有效的改善三農(nóng)問(wèn)題。 嫩江縣繁榮村旅游資源豐富,地理位置優(yōu)越,具有發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而,嫩江縣繁榮村的鄉(xiāng)村旅游開(kāi)發(fā)還處在初級(jí)階段,旅游資源沒(méi)有充分開(kāi)發(fā),目標(biāo)地位不夠準(zhǔn)確,存在盲目開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)象,因此,需要一套科學(xué)的、系統(tǒng)的、行之有效的旅游規(guī)劃對(duì)其進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文史資料的研究,結(jié)合嫩江縣繁榮村旅游資源實(shí)際情況,以鄉(xiāng)村旅游規(guī)劃、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、民俗理論學(xué)和資源整合理論等相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),提出適合嫩江縣繁榮村發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的規(guī)劃模式,將其打造成為一個(gè)集休閑度假、生態(tài)觀光、鄉(xiāng)村體驗(yàn)、民俗文化為一體的鄉(xiāng)村旅游品牌,展示東北寒地鄉(xiāng)村景觀的同時(shí)也向外展示達(dá)斡爾族文化,詮釋當(dāng)今人們享受休閑快樂(lè)的一種生活態(tài)度。 本文以嫩江縣繁榮村為例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村旅游規(guī)劃研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容與結(jié)論如下: 首先介紹論文的研究背景與目的、內(nèi)容和方法,簡(jiǎn)要概述國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展與理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村旅游規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題。 其次,對(duì)繁榮村鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展背景進(jìn)行分析。詳細(xì)闡述了嫩江縣繁榮村的宏觀背景,依據(jù)繁榮村鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展內(nèi)部條件和外部條件的評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)繁榮村鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析,對(duì)繁榮村的鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源分類進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)而對(duì)旅游市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析預(yù)測(cè)。對(duì)繁榮村發(fā)展旅游提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并對(duì)近、中、遠(yuǎn)期的目標(biāo)分別做出概括。 主要結(jié)論是嫩江縣繁榮村生態(tài)環(huán)境良好,地理位置優(yōu)越,鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源豐富,有7個(gè)主類、11個(gè)亞類、24個(gè)基本類型,具有較高的旅游開(kāi)發(fā)價(jià)值。經(jīng)定量評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)現(xiàn),青龍山達(dá)到四級(jí)旅游資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn),一級(jí)和二級(jí)旅游資源占絕大部分。繁榮村自然旅游資源種類豐富,人文資源濃郁,民族文化、鄉(xiāng)土風(fēng)情與農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)光和諧共融,資源組合好,利于資源的集中開(kāi)發(fā)與旅游活動(dòng)的安排,可形成獨(dú)具特色的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。根據(jù)實(shí)地調(diào)查,確定繁榮村的空間布局為“一底、兩軸、五大區(qū)”,旅游形象為集休閑度假、生態(tài)觀光、鄉(xiāng)村體驗(yàn)、民俗文化為一體。同時(shí),根據(jù)旅游景點(diǎn)與性質(zhì)的不同,對(duì)繁榮村及其周邊旅游景點(diǎn)進(jìn)行旅游路線規(guī)劃。最后根據(jù)客源市場(chǎng)好旅游資源的特點(diǎn),對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the living standard of the residents is improving and the working rhythm is speeding up day by day. Therefore, the urban residents yearn for the life of "returning to nature and returning to nature", and rural tourism just meets the needs of tourists. Rural tourism is a comprehensive tourism activity with the background of the countryside and the natural and human resources with the characteristic of "local nature" as the core selling point of tourism. In recent years, the country attaches great importance to the development of rural tourism, it is an effective way to speed up the construction of new rural areas, not only can reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, but also can effectively improve the "three rural" problems. Nenjiang County is rich in tourism resources and favorable geographical location, with the advantage of developing rural tourism. However, the rural tourism development of Funrong Village in Nenjiang County is still in its initial stage. Tourism resources are not fully exploited, the target position is not accurate enough, and there is blind exploitation. Therefore, a set of scientific and systematic development is needed. Effective tourism planning to guide it. Based on the research of literature and history at home and abroad and the actual situation of tourism resources in Funrong Village of Nenjiang County, this paper is guided by the theories of rural tourism planning, landscape ecology, folklore theory and resource integration. This paper puts forward a planning model suitable for the development of rural tourism in Nenjiang County, making it a rural tourism brand which integrates leisure vacation, ecological sightseeing, rural experience and folk culture. At the same time, it also shows the culture of Daur nationality, which explains a kind of life attitude of people enjoying leisure and happiness. This article takes the Nenjiang County Funrong Village as an example to study its rural tourism planning. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: firstly, the background, purpose, content and methods of the thesis are introduced, and the development and theory of rural tourism at home and abroad are briefly summarized. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the planning and design of rural tourism in China. Secondly, the background of rural tourism development in prosperous village is analyzed. This paper expatiates on the macroscopic background of Funrong Village in Nenjiang County, evaluates the internal and external conditions of the rural tourism development, and makes a SWOT analysis of the present situation of the Rural Tourism Development in Nenjiang County. The classification of rural tourism resources is analyzed and evaluated, and then the tourism market is analyzed and forecasted. The development strategy is put forward to develop tourism in prosperous village, and the near, medium and long-term goals are summarized respectively. The main conclusion is that the village of Nenjiang County has a good ecological environment, a superior geographical location, rich tourism resources, 7 main categories, 11 subclasses, 24 basic types, which has a high tourism development value. Through quantitative evaluation, it was found that Qinglong Mountain reached the standard of four levels of tourism resources, and the primary and secondary tourism resources accounted for most of them. The natural tourism resources in the village are rich in variety, humanistic resources, national culture, local customs and agricultural scenery, and a good combination of resources, which is conducive to the concentrated development of resources and the arrangement of tourism activities. Can form a unique agricultural industry chain. According to the field investigation, it is determined that the spatial layout of the prosperous village is "one bottom, two axes, five regions", and the tourism image is a collection of leisure vacation, ecological sightseeing, rural experience and folk culture. At the same time, according to the different tourist attractions and nature, the tourism route planning of the prosperous village and its surrounding scenic spots is carried out. Finally, according to the characteristics of good tourist resources, tourism products are designed.
