【摘要】：借助新經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)學(xué)的嵌入理論,文章以桂林龍脊梯田景區(qū)平安壯寨旅游小企業(yè)為案例對(duì)象,圍繞"經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)嵌入于社會(huì)關(guān)系"的邏輯思路,揭示了作為非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的"關(guān)系-制度"對(duì)旅游小企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的影響約束。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),地方嵌入中的旅游小企業(yè)一方面通過(guò)深層次的關(guān)系性嵌入將其強(qiáng)關(guān)系資本轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì);另一方面借助結(jié)構(gòu)性嵌入實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,互惠互利的弱關(guān)系促成了更穩(wěn)定、更具規(guī)模的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)。同時(shí),旅游小企業(yè)也受到地方社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中關(guān)系因素的限制,企業(yè)主會(huì)借助經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的分享割讓來(lái)兼顧其他成員的利益,并通過(guò)積累信任將彼此關(guān)系固化為經(jīng)濟(jì)制度,這種犧牲經(jīng)濟(jì)效率而維護(hù)關(guān)系平等的行為不但表現(xiàn)出地方嵌入中旅游小企業(yè)的社會(huì)理性,而且反映出經(jīng)濟(jì)制度中關(guān)系因素所起到的保障作用,"制度是關(guān)系凝固化的結(jié)果,關(guān)系則是制度追求的目標(biāo)"成為地方嵌入中旅游小企業(yè)"關(guān)系-制度"框架的內(nèi)在邏輯與機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the help of the embedding theory of new economic sociology, this paper takes the small enterprises of Pingan Zhuang village tourism in Longji terrace scenic spot of Guilin as the case object, and revolves around the logic thinking of "economic activities embedded in social relations". This paper reveals the influence of relation-system, which is a non-economic factor, on the management of small tourism enterprises. On the one hand, the tourism small enterprises in local embedding transform their strong relational capital into economic advantages through deep relational embedding; on the other hand, they realize foreign economic cooperation by means of structural embedding. Mutually-beneficial weak relationships have contributed to more stable and larger business performance. At the same time, tourism small enterprises are also restricted by the relationship factors in the local social network. Business owners use the sharing of economic benefits to give consideration to the interests of other members, and solidify their relationships into economic systems by accumulating trust. This behavior of sacrificing economic efficiency and safeguarding the equality of relations not only shows the social rationality of small enterprises in tourism embedded in the local economy, but also reflects the protective role played by the relationship factors in the economic system. "the institution is the result of the solidification of the relationship," he said. The relationship is the goal of the institution. It becomes the internal logic and mechanism of the frame of the relationship-system.
