華僑城股份有限公司投資戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:從國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的投資發(fā)展歷程來看,成功的企業(yè)都有具有自身特色的投資戰(zhàn)略。企業(yè)從戰(zhàn)略的角度借鑒他人的成功經(jīng)驗,打造適合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的投資戰(zhàn)略,集合集體智慧共同解決發(fā)展中的難題,促使企業(yè)在更高層次和更廣闊的空間里發(fā)展。投資戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)基于總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)需求,針對公司戰(zhàn)略性投資活動所作的全局性規(guī)劃,是為實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)而開展的動態(tài)管理過程。其作為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的綜合子戰(zhàn)略,基本出發(fā)點站在企業(yè)全局立場之上,并在企業(yè)總體戰(zhàn)略之下展開服務(wù)。隨著我國各行大小企業(yè)對可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的重要性的認(rèn)識,投資戰(zhàn)略在很多企業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃中應(yīng)用愈加廣泛,在公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中也日益突顯出其重要作用,并將形成引領(lǐng)企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的管理趨勢。但投資戰(zhàn)略決策及其績效控制的管理體系在社會實踐中的應(yīng)用還不夠成熟,有待繼續(xù)完善和優(yōu)化。 華僑城股份有限公司(以下簡稱“華僑城公司”)的投資發(fā)展在旅游綜合業(yè)中具有較高的代表性,研究其投資戰(zhàn)略管理優(yōu)化方面具有較強的現(xiàn)實意義。本文采用了SWOT、 PEST、波特-五力模型等分析工具和相關(guān)圖表對華僑城公司投資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的內(nèi)外環(huán)境因素進行細(xì)致地分析比較,提出投資戰(zhàn)略存在的不足和重要影響各要素完善發(fā)展的趨勢;同時,針對旅游綜合業(yè)的投資戰(zhàn)略管理思路、具體投資戰(zhàn)略實施計劃等方面亦提出了個人觀點;另以投資戰(zhàn)略理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合華僑城公司的投資活動或具體項目,對投資戰(zhàn)略的定位、評估選擇及實施進行仔細(xì)研究,并提出華僑城公司現(xiàn)代的投資戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化的方向和重要內(nèi)容。 華僑城公司以旅游綜合業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心,同時憑借跨行業(yè)的綜合管理實力和資源整合優(yōu)勢,逐步嘗試進入金融、電子通信及紙包裝業(yè)等新興產(chǎn)業(yè),向業(yè)務(wù)多元化方向發(fā)展,目前處于向更高層次邁進的關(guān)鍵時期,公司的投資發(fā)展方向和重要領(lǐng)域方面需給予高度明確才能快捷實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。據(jù)華僑城公司整體資源和綜合能力分析,結(jié)合旅游綜合業(yè)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的密切關(guān)聯(lián)性,其未來投資戰(zhàn)略可優(yōu)化為:以產(chǎn)業(yè)全局化為宗旨,以市場為導(dǎo)向,以信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化及資本網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融化為趨勢,以產(chǎn)品協(xié)同發(fā)展相互支撐,以人力資源為保障,以財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同為后盾,充分整合企業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢,促進企業(yè)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。本文研究結(jié)論具有前瞻性,其戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化思想對其他企業(yè)投資活動或項目投資決策、實施等管理具有一定的參考性。
[Abstract]:From the investment development process of domestic and foreign enterprises, successful enterprises have their own investment strategy. From the strategic point of view, enterprises learn from the successful experience of others, create an investment strategy suitable for their own development, pool collective wisdom to solve the problems in development, and promote the development of enterprises at a higher level and in a broader space. Investment strategy is the overall planning of the company's strategic investment activities based on the demand of the overall strategic objectives. It is a dynamic management process to achieve the strategic objectives. As a comprehensive sub-strategy of enterprise strategy, the basic starting point is on the overall position of the enterprise, and the service is carried out under the overall strategy of the enterprise. With the recognition of the importance of sustainable development in various enterprises of our country, investment strategy is more and more widely used in many enterprise development plans, and its important role is increasingly highlighted in the strategic planning of companies. And will form the management trend that leads the enterprise to develop and grow. However, the application of investment strategy decision and its performance control management system in social practice is not mature enough, and needs to be further improved and optimized. The investment and development of overseas Chinese Town Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "overseas Chinese City Company") is of high representativeness in the comprehensive tourism industry, so it is of great practical significance to study the optimization of its investment strategy management. This paper makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the internal and external environmental factors of the investment development status of overseas Chinese cities Company by using SWOT, PEST, Porter-five Force Model and related charts. At the same time, the author puts forward some personal views on the management of investment strategy and the implementation plan of the specific investment strategy in the tourism comprehensive industry, and puts forward the following points of view: (1) the deficiency of the investment strategy and the important influence on the improvement and development of the various factors; In addition, on the basis of the theory of investment strategy and combined with the investment activities or specific projects of overseas Chinese City Company, the positioning, evaluation, selection and implementation of the investment strategy are carefully studied. And put forward the direction and important content of the modern investment strategy optimization of overseas Chinese city company. With tourism industry and real estate industry as the core, overseas Chinese Town Company has gradually tried to enter the emerging industries such as finance, electronic communication and paper packaging industry, depending on the comprehensive management strength and resource integration advantage of cross-industry. The development of business diversification is now in the key period of moving to a higher level. The investment development direction and important areas of the company need to be highly defined in order to quickly realize the strategic objectives. According to the analysis of the overall resources and comprehensive capability of the overseas Chinese Town Company, combined with the close relationship between the tourism comprehensive industry and the network information industry, its future investment strategy can be optimized as follows: taking the overall situation of the industry as its purpose and taking the market as its guide. Taking information network and capital network finance as the trend, taking product coordinated development as mutual support, human resources as guarantee and financial strategy coordination as backing, enterprises can fully integrate their resource advantages to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. The conclusion of this paper is forward-looking, and its strategic optimization thought has certain reference value for other enterprises to make investment decision and implement project investment decision.
