【摘要】：中國(guó)政府高度重視旅游業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展,國(guó)務(wù)院于2014年發(fā)布了《關(guān)于促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)改革發(fā)展的若干意見(jiàn)》這項(xiàng)文書(shū)。文書(shū)中指出,旅游業(yè)是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,也是綠色發(fā)展較成熟的行業(yè),對(duì)旅游業(yè)進(jìn)行改革與發(fā)展是消費(fèi)升級(jí)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的必然結(jié)果。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)會(huì)帶動(dòng)旅游業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,而旅游業(yè)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)反過(guò)來(lái)會(huì)刺激經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)�？傮w來(lái)看,中國(guó)擁有大量的物質(zhì)資源,但是旅游資源相對(duì)有限,地方特色和區(qū)域特色不明顯,難以成為國(guó)際性、標(biāo)志性旅游市場(chǎng),沒(méi)有合理充分的利用旅游資源來(lái)吸引境外游客,這嚴(yán)重制約了旅游市場(chǎng)發(fā)展。但隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和世界旅游的需求,中國(guó)的旅游市場(chǎng)具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:The Chinese government attaches great importance to the reform and development of tourism. In 2014, the State Council issued the "opinions on promoting the Reform and Development of Tourism". It is pointed out in the document that tourism is an important part of the tertiary industry and also a mature industry with green development. The reform and development of tourism is the inevitable result of consumption upgrading and industrial structure adjustment. Economic growth will drive the rapid growth of tourism, which in turn will stimulate economic growth. In general, China has a large number of material resources, but tourism resources are relatively limited, local and regional characteristics are not obvious, and it is difficult to become an international, iconic tourism market. There is no reasonable and sufficient use of tourism resources to attract overseas tourists, which seriously restricts the development of tourism market. However, with the development of global economy and the demand of world tourism, China's tourism market has broad development prospects.
