瀘州酒文化旅游開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:在旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,伴隨人們需求層次的變化,文化旅游已成為當(dāng)今旅游開發(fā)的一大熱點(diǎn)。瀘州的酒文化擁有良好的自然、歷史和人文條件,景觀遺址豐富璀璨,而今又正處旅游發(fā)展的大好時(shí)機(jī),將酒文化與旅游融合開發(fā)出瀘州獨(dú)特的酒文化旅游,將實(shí)現(xiàn)文化業(yè)和旅游業(yè)的繁榮。本文通過(guò)對(duì)瀘州酒文化生長(zhǎng)脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行解讀,運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究的方法,,將瀘州的酒歷史、酒文化、酒景觀、酒產(chǎn)業(yè)全面融入到城市格局之中,以此提高瀘州酒文化的影響力,促進(jìn)“中國(guó)酒城”主題旅游的發(fā)展,塑造城市的文化品牌,提升城市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 全文分為五個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行闡述和分析: 首先,本文第一章緒論首先對(duì)論文研究背景進(jìn)行具體有針對(duì)性地分析,再通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外酒文化旅游研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述和分析,得出本文研究目的、創(chuàng)新之處和擬解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題; 其次,本文第二章是對(duì)酒文化旅游整體的概述。先對(duì)酒文化四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行描述,然后通過(guò)對(duì)酒文化與旅游的相關(guān)分析,得出酒文化旅游發(fā)展的背景和意義,再對(duì)世界酒文化和我國(guó)酒文化旅游開發(fā)類型進(jìn)行總結(jié)與分析,為下文瀘州酒文化旅游的開發(fā)做好知識(shí)鋪墊; 再次,本文第三章和第四章是本文研究的主體部分,對(duì)瀘州酒文化旅游實(shí)證研究分析,重點(diǎn)對(duì)瀘州酒文化旅游以及當(dāng)?shù)刂拙破髽I(yè)的旅游現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在實(shí)際基礎(chǔ)上挖掘?yàn)o州酒文化資源價(jià)值和文化內(nèi)涵,提出讓瀘州酒文化與城市格局整合的開發(fā)對(duì)策,并做出未來(lái)開發(fā)的展望; 最后,本文第五章主要是說(shuō)明了本文研究的結(jié)論和成果,以及其中存在的局限和不足。希望本文的研究對(duì)中國(guó)酒文化步向世界酒文化的高度以及對(duì)酒文化的挖掘和影響有所指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:In the period of rapid development of tourism, cultural tourism has become a hot spot in tourism development along with the change of people's demand level. Luzhou's wine culture has good natural, historical and cultural conditions, rich landscape sites, and now is a good opportunity for tourism development, the combination of wine culture and tourism to develop Luzhou's unique wine culture tourism. Will realize the prosperity of cultural industry and tourism. In this paper, the growth of Luzhou wine culture was interpreted, and the influence of Luzhou wine culture was improved by integrating Luzhou's wine history, wine culture, wine landscape and wine industry into the urban pattern. Promote the development of "China Wine City" theme tourism, shape the city's cultural brand, and enhance the city's competitiveness. The full text is divided into five chapters to elaborate and analyze: first, the first chapter of this paper is an introduction to the background of the paper specific and targeted analysis, and then through the domestic and foreign wine culture tourism research status quo is summarized and analyzed. The purpose, innovation and key problems to be solved are obtained. Secondly, the second chapter is an overview of the overall wine culture tourism. This paper first describes the four levels of wine culture, then through the correlation analysis of wine culture and tourism, draws the background and significance of the development of wine culture tourism, and then summarizes and analyzes the world wine culture and the types of wine culture tourism development in China. The third and fourth chapters of this paper are the main part of this study, Luzhou wine culture tourism empirical research analysis, The present situation of Luzhou wine culture tourism and local famous liquor enterprises is analyzed, the value and connotation of Luzhou wine culture resources are excavated on the basis of reality, and the development countermeasures for the integration of Luzhou wine culture and urban pattern are put forward. Finally, the fifth chapter mainly explains the conclusions and achievements of this paper, as well as its limitations and shortcomings. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to the development and influence of Chinese wine culture towards the world.
