亳州市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,為了保持經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快增長(zhǎng),需要培育新的消費(fèi)領(lǐng)域,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)因其市場(chǎng)廣闊而備受青睞,逐步成為我國(guó)新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。目前,從國(guó)家層面到地方層面,都將發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)提到了戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度,出臺(tái)了一系列政策。亳州市旅游資源特別豐富,內(nèi)生市場(chǎng)巨大,具備發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的良好條件。新形勢(shì)下,如何充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),搶抓旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇,加快旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā),大力促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,是本文探討的主要問(wèn)題。本文共分四章。第一章:在學(xué)習(xí)查閱有關(guān)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,論述了其研究背景、目的及意義等。對(duì)比分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)研究進(jìn)展,闡述了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)概念和有關(guān)理論,明確了論文研究的方法、思路和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),指出了存在的不足。第二章:通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研、總結(jié)查閱有關(guān)資料,掌握亳州市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的第一手資料,綜合分析了亳州市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)展的潛力、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。一是對(duì)亳州市旅游發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析,分析了自然地理?xiàng)l件、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展條件和旅游資源條件。二是從旅游支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)地位和五項(xiàng)旅游指標(biāo)變化著手,縱向?qū)Ρ确治鲑裰萁陙?lái)取得的主要成就。三是從旅游企業(yè)、旅行社、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、景區(qū)景點(diǎn)建設(shè)、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)、餐飲設(shè)施建設(shè)、住宿設(shè)施建設(shè)、旅游購(gòu)物和商品開(kāi)發(fā)等方面多角度分析了亳州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要素。四是從國(guó)家、安徽省和亳州市三個(gè)不同層面縱向分析了亳州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的政策機(jī)遇,分析了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和中醫(yī)藥健康旅游帶來(lái)的特有機(jī)遇。五是選取亳州市主要旅游資源、旅游業(yè)發(fā)展五項(xiàng)指標(biāo)為切入點(diǎn),將亳州市與國(guó)內(nèi)相同旅游資源地市、皖北五個(gè)地市和旅游發(fā)展五項(xiàng)指標(biāo)排名前五的安徽旅游強(qiáng)市進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性分析。第三章:綜合前兩章的分析,結(jié)合亳州實(shí)際和自身工作情況,提出了亳州市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的主要問(wèn)題,主要是旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)品質(zhì)不高、旅游配套功能不夠完善、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模偏小等四個(gè)主要問(wèn)題。第四章:在前三章的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合平時(shí)工作實(shí)際的思考和積累,從優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)品供給、加快旅游公共服務(wù)建設(shè)、打造旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和依托優(yōu)勢(shì)資源培育壯大旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)等四個(gè)方面提出亳州市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, in order to maintain the steady and fast growth of economy, it is necessary to cultivate a new field of consumption. The tourism industry is favored because of its broad market, and has gradually become an important engine of economic development in the new period of our country. At present, from the national level to the local level, the development of tourism industry to the height of strategic development, issued a series of policies. Bozhou tourism resources are particularly rich, the endogenous market is huge, with good conditions for the development of tourism. Under the new situation, how to give full play to its own advantages, seize the opportunity of the development of tourism industry, speed up the development of tourism products, and vigorously promote the rapid development of tourism industry are the main problems discussed in this paper. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the background, purpose and significance of tourism industry development. This paper compares and analyzes the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on tourism industry, expounds the concept and theory of tourism industry, clarifies the research methods, ideas and innovations of the paper, and points out the shortcomings. The second chapter: through the field investigation, summarizes and consults the related data, grasps the Bozhou tourism industry development first hand information, synthetically analyzes the Bozhou tourism industry development present situation, the development potential, the opportunity and the challenge. The first is a brief analysis of the basic conditions of tourism development in Bozhou City, including natural geographical conditions, economic development conditions and tourist resources conditions. Secondly, the main achievements of Bozhou in recent years are compared and analyzed from the position of tourism pillar industry and the change of five tourism indicators. Third, from tourism enterprises, travel agencies, transportation infrastructure, scenic spots construction, tourism service facilities construction, catering facilities construction, accommodation facilities construction, Tourism shopping and commodity development and other aspects of the analysis of Bozhou tourism industry development elements. Fourth, from three different levels of the country, Anhui Province and Bozhou City longitudinal analysis of Bozhou tourism industry development policy opportunities, analysis of the Central Plains Economic Zone and traditional Chinese medicine health tourism unique opportunities. Fifth, select the main tourism resources of Bozhou City and five indicators of tourism development as the starting point, and place Bozhou City with the same tourism resources in China. Five prefectures and five indexes of tourism development in northern Anhui province were analyzed competitively. The third chapter: synthesizes the first two chapters' analysis, unifies Bozhou actual and own work situation, has proposed the Bozhou tourism industry development existence main question, mainly is the tourism product development quality is not high, the tourism auxiliary function is not perfect. There are four main problems: weak competitiveness of tourism industry and small scale of tourism industry development. Chapter IV: on the basis of the first three chapters, combining with the practical thinking and accumulation of ordinary work, from optimizing the supply of tourism products and speeding up the construction of tourism public services, This paper puts forward the countermeasures of tourism industry development in Bozhou City from four aspects: to build the core competitiveness of tourism industry and to cultivate and strengthen tourism industry based on superior resources.
